comparing work
It's really hard to not compare jobs - My old one vs my current one.
There are things I miss a lot, and things I'm so glad are different.
I miss the day-to-day teamwork, while not missing all the meetings and time waste. I love how much closer I am to the users and the problems, but I also miss being less sales-led. It sometimes feels like we've stopped caring about our users.
Anyway, I shouldn't compare, as hard as it is. I think generally I've moved in the right drection.
