A big ol' day of planning, I think. Solo.
Got the rough brief for this next quarter, and it's a lot of tech uplift instead of product delivery. Nice change!
I've been wanting to do some architecture uplift and heavy refactoring, so this is perfect timing and fits into exactly where I wanted to target.
It's nice to get into the details.
