I truly believe that if you can't find a job you love, or at least enjoy, you'll find life a grind.
On the whole, I enjoy my job. It's to solve other people's problems, ideally with technology - and I build the tech. I get to engage my brain most days, really think about what these people are struggling with and how best to serve them, and then, if I'm lucky, I'll get it right and see them happy or handing over money (ideally both!).
It's really exhilarating when your job is full of others who are also enjoying it, but going solo can be just as fun. Just got to find what makes it great for you.
