Maybe it's just me but without teamwork, jobs get boring. I know plenty of solo founders/builders, but it isn't for me.
I had somebody at work on my 'team' leave last week. We worked together properly once, and if he had actually got to work with others frequently he would have stayed and enjoyed his job far more. He was a damn gokd engineer who was underutilised because he was never put in situations he would thrive in.
Bonkers.
I love building in a small/tiny team btw. You get shit tons done in no time, thanks to having brainpower cranked up more. Just not a team of one.
